hmm...ok but the advert that has stuck in my head is an old Air canada advert with a mountie in it and autumn leaves everywhere. Had a really great tune that i can't get out of my head for all these years! If only i could find it on the net......

I'm looking for an old Air Canada Ad too, lots of beautiful imagery and a woman singing the lyrics "Canada" over and over again. CAn't find it online anywhere. Any ideas??

i know the advert that you guys are asking about. the tune was written by a composser called Gary Bell but i don't know who the female vocalist is. doesnt sound like Celine Dion to me though!!!

i must've been around sixteen when that advert came out, we are talking about the one with the soothing background music, right? oh... and ive tried to find it on limewire but to no avail so if anyone's got any brighter ideas then please email to let me know.

I have been yearning to hear the music from that old 80's Air Canada ad too. It used to go out alot on Channel 4 when in about 1986 (?) between The Golden Girls and Cheers! If anyone gets anywhere with finding it pleeeaaaase let me know! Thanks
