Hello, im currently studying Graphic Desing, i want to do an essay based on the Levi Midsummer commercial, it would be really helpful if you were to send me any information you have that could help me, thankyou
This advert is superb for it's ability to keep the original texts, but contemporise them enough for a modern audience. The stylization becomes irrelevant when you see that they keep the context in proportion and that adds to this somewhat unique blend of past and present... I love it personally, if you can't tell that already...

The main guy is supposed to be the midsummers night dream character - 'bottom' and the girl is supposed to be 'titania'
I love this advert for its orginal combination of literature and modern culture. The end result is so effective and stylized
the guy in the advert is jessica alba's brother and the girl is 70's superstar donna summer's daughter
