Some Japanese advertising executives are trying to come up with a new campaign, and their dreams are come out of their ears as balloons, however they all start blowing up and then disappearing, until one man comes up with a brilliant dream which forms a huge balloon. The advert is an interpretation of the Japanese phrase Yume no Chikara, which we are told is roughly translated to The power of dreams.
